Anticipation Guide

            I am writing my opinion about my thoughts on the torture of a person who is a threat to our country’s freedom is acceptable as long as the person does not die. The torture that is described is doing anything that will prevent terrorism in our country. This would only be acceptable if any threat took place on the country’s own soil. I think that this is very reasonable but in some cases see why people would argue that it would be going too far. That it would push our human rights laws too far. I think that we should do whatever it takes to keep our people safe but sometimes the people originally from here are the ones showing signs of terrorism and everyone, no matter where you’re from, should be equal.

            Many people say that we are too harsh already with people who have committed terrorist crimes or have threatened terrorist actions. But some say that more needs to be done to keep those people out of our peoples lives to keep the peace in our country.  I think that we need to take whatever action necessary to keep our people safe and have a security plan for people to follow in a more detailed plan to ensure the security and safety. This would need to have a lot of discussion and decision making to find effective ways of going about it but I think that it would be a good thing to do.
